Sales contracts:

Synergy uses only standardized and globally recognized sales agreements for both new and used yachts. Our team have personally reviewed and vetted each used yacht being offered by our organization. Our legal and accounting team verify the yacht is free and clear of all encumbrances on the vessel. 

Authorized to market and sell:

All new and used yachts listed Synergy is authorized to sell the vessel. For new yachts we have the required partnership agreements in order to sell a particular manufacturer. 

Our Commitment to the Purchase and/or Sale of your Vessel:

We are committed to the successful purchase transaction of the purchase of your new vessel including consultation on how to best market and sell your charter weeks should you wish to place your vessel for professional charter work. We are also committed to the successful sale of your used vessel when you are ready to move on to your next vessel or when your journey has come to its close.
