In the wake of the tremendous success of the inaugural Dufour Sailing Cup in Athens in November of 2023, Synergy Yacht Sales is thrilled to announce the 2nd Dufour Cup, marking the beginning of a cherished tradition. Together with the design team of Dufour Yachts we set sail again to establish a tradition that was born out of the resounding success and positive reception of the 1st Dufour Sailing Cup. Synergy Yacht Sales, aims to create a platform for sailing aficionados to connect, share experiences, and explore the unparalleled features of Dufour Yachts.

The 2nd will be set in the stunning backdrop of the natural beauty of Preveza. The event will not only showcase the beauty of the region but also highlight the potential for growth in the yachting sector. Synergy Yacht Sales recognizes the thriving community of sailing enthusiasts in Western Greece and is eager to foster partnerships and collaborations within this dynamic market.

Celebrating 60 years of Passion

Celebrating 60 years of Dufour is a testament to a legacy marked by innovation, craftsmanship, and a profound commitment to sailing excellence. Since its inception in 1964, Dufour has not just built boats; it has woven stories of adventure, passion, and the sheer joy of navigating the open seas.

Established 60 years ago on the Atlantic Coast of France, Dufour plays an important role in the production of sailing yachts.With a production capacity of more than 18.000 m² and 420 full-time employees, Dufour counts among the biggest shipyards in the world.

Distinctive styling, innovative ideas and a dedication to excellence are some of the main traits that distinguish Dufour Sailing Yachts.

In 1964 Michel Dufour worked as an engineer in a locomotive factory he was In charge of the workshop that fabricated parts out of a revolutionary new material fibreglass. Michel Dufour was quick to realise the potential of using fibreglass in boat building. Over 400 models were sold between 1964 and 1974 and launched the company soon to be known as Dufour Yachts. In 2020 Dufour marks a new stage with the arrival of Fountaine Pajot. In 2023 the shipyard unveils two new models: the Dufour 37, which received the innovation award at her launch in Genoa and has also received the title of Best Boat of the Year by American magazine SAIL and the Dufour 41, successor to the Dufour 390 and 412.
