01 — Overview
At 21.3 metres the 70 stops reading as a large catamaran and starts reading as a small yacht. The master expands the full beam of the hull — better than eight metres across — with a separate dressing area to starboard, a walk-in shower, and a chaise lounge under hull-side windows. Two VIP cabins with queen berths and private heads sit outboard; a fourth takes bunks for crew or children, with its own access from the cockpit.
Structure is where the money went. Main bulkheads are carbon epoxy resin-infused with solid carbon laminate, bulbous bows are integrated into each hull with a sacrificial nose cone, and the diesel tanks are built into a double bottom. Standard power is a pair of Volvo Penta D8 600s, with D13 1000s available.
Above, a Portuguese bridge lets crew walk right around the flybridge, with side wing docking stations available for close-quarters work.
